Refund & Return Policy

At Eelra, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Free delivery is available on all original orders.

Processing Time:
All orders are typically dispatched from Pakistan within 2–5 business days, and delivery usually takes 10–15 business days depending on your location.
